The winner receives a clean title transfer, free and clear. No mortgage. No bank. No existing liens or encumbrances.

Winner is responsible for all applicable taxes, transfer fees, recording fees, and closing costs associated with the title transfer.

HOW TO ENTER

Option 1 — Member Entry (Automatic)

Active Citizen Operator USA Subscribers and Members receive one automatic entry per membership. Multiple memberships qualify as multiple entries. No additional action required. Your membership is your entry.

Option 2 — Free Mail-In Entry

No purchase necessary. This path is open to everyone. It just requires a little more from you — which is fitting, because that's what being a Citizen Operator is about.

Step 1 — Prepare your entry document. On a plain white 3x5 index card, handwrite — in ink, no printed or typed text accepted — the following:

• Your full legal name

• Your email address

• Your mailing address

• The words: "Citizen Operator Sweepstakes — Free Entry"

• Date written

Step 2 — Prepare your envelope. Place the completed index card inside a standard manila envelope. Seal it. Handwrite your return address in the upper left corner. No labels. No printed addresses.

Step 3 — Mail to:

One entry per person per mailing. Photocopies not accepted.

DRAWING DETAILS

The drawing will be held when a minimum of 750 verified entries are received. One winner selected at random. Winner notified by email and announced on citizenoperatorusa.com and all official Citizen Operator USA social media channels.
